Personnel Committee
- Works with senior pastor to promote harmony and efficiency among staff
- Writes and updates employment agreements and position descriptions
- Reviews compensation for staff and makes recommendations to Session
- Reviews terms of call for senior pastor and makes recommendations to congregation at annual congregational meeting
- Ensures compliance with personnel policies and procedures
- Ensures compliance with guidelines for safe ministry with children & youth
- Conducts background checks for staff and volunteers working with children & youth
- Does Department of Motor Vehicle checks for drivers of children and youth to church events
